The USA PATRIOT Act gives the government unprecendented access to your patrons' records, and the only defense is to not have them. In this three- hour session, we will discuss which records on the Unicorn system are vulnerable, how to deal with them, and the library policy decisions necessary to protect your patrons' privacy without violating the law.
